Shop Black Fest offers multiple booth options, including basic, standard, and premium placements. Pricing varies by city and booth type and is available within the application. Packages begin at $127 - $297.

Does applying guarantee acceptance?

No. All applications are reviewed, and submission does not guarantee acceptance.

What happens after I’m approved?

Approved vendors will receive onboarding details, deadlines, and event information.

When will I hear back?

Vendor applications are reviewed over a two week period. Approved vendors will receive next steps by email.

Do I need an LLC or business license to vend?

No. An LLC or business license is not required to apply or vend. Some product categories may require additional permits depending on the city, and we’ll notify vendors in advance if that applies.
