GENERAL INFO:

  • Vendors will be fined $50 for leaving/breaking down early.

SETUP Instructions:

  • Event will take place inside at 970 Madison Square, Madison, TN 37115

  • Vendor Set-Up will be from 10:00AM - 12:00PM (All Vendors must be set up by 12:30PM).

  • FOOD Vendors + FOOD TRUCKS 9:30AM - 10:00AM

  • If you are not set up by 12:30PM, you will forfeit your vendor booth and not be allowed to set up.

  • NO VENDORS CAN SET UP OR LEAVE EARLY. IF YOU LEAVE EARLY YOU WILL BE FINED $50.

  • Vendor spaces will be pre-assigned and posted below.

WHAT TO BRING/WHAT'S INCLUDED (BRING YOUR OWN TENT)

  • This is an indoor event, so tents are not needed.

  • What's included: Each vendor space includes a 6-ft table and two chairs.

  • Please bring items needed for your booth set up, such as a tablecloth and any setup materials.

  • Vendor space is 8' x 6'. If you need more space, you can purchase additional space for $75.

  • We provide the table and chairs only. We do not provide any other items.

  • Electrical outlets are available. You can pay a $40 fee to be placed next to an electrical outlet.

SIGN-IN 

  • All vendors will check in at the Shop Black Fest booth or the stage in the main room in Creative Affairs.

  • Volunteers will be on standby to help take your items from the parking lot to inside the building.

  • You will receive vendor instructions and be directed to your pre-assigned booth.

  • Once you unload, park your car.

  • We want to leave space near the building for attendee parking, so please do not take up these spots close to the building.


PARKING

  • Vendor parking will be in front of the building

  • Parking is FREE

VIP SWAG BAGS/GIVEAWAYS

  • Vendors are encouraged to bring sample items of their products for our VIP attendee SWAG BAGS and GIVEAWAYS.

  • Bring Items that you would like Shop Black Fest to promote on our platform

  • Drop Off Your Items at the Check In Booth

  • Bring 5-10 items

FOOD TRUCKS/FOOD VENDORS

  • Must have a serving license for the state of Tennessee (unless operating under Cottage Law).

  • Check-in will be at the booth, so come inside, and we will direct you where to park your food truck.
    Food trucks will park in designated spaces.

  • Setup for food vendors is 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM. Food vendors must arrive before 10:30 AM to ensure that food is ready when the event starts.

WEATHER

  • Event is rain or shine. Event will be cancelled if there is inclement weather.

MARKETING

  • Please share flyers with customers, friends and family.

  • Make sure you let people know that you will be at this event.
